Dr. Thomas E. Clinch is the director of UOCW Vision Centers . He was a principal investigator in the clinical trials that culminated in FDA approval of PRK, LASIK, and INTACS. He has been performing vision correction surgery for over a decade and has performed thousands of procedures. Dr. Clinch was the only surgeon in the Washington region to be selected to participate in FDA clinical trials for Phakic IOLs and Intracorneal Inlays. He routinely lectures and teaches courses at major ophthalmology meetings.
